Who we are
Pensionbuddy is a trading name of Damian Condon T/A Gresham Wealth Management. We are regulated by the Central Bank of Ireland. You can verify our authorisation on the Central Bank's register at registers.centralbank.ie. Our registered office is Bushfield House, Philipsburgh Avenue, Fairview, Dublin 3.
Our services
We provide financial advice, with a particular focus on pensions and retirement planning, to individuals and company directors. The information, guides and calculators on this website are general information only. Personal financial advice is given to you directly, after we understand your circumstances through a fact-finding conversation.
Information versus advice
Nothing on this website is a personal recommendation. The calculators produce illustrations to help you think, not advice to act on. Regulated financial advice happens in a personal consultation, where we take the time to understand your situation first.
How we are paid
We will always be clear and upfront about how we are paid before you commit to anything. Depending on what you need, we may be paid by a fee agreed with you, by commission from a product provider, or by a combination of the two. The specific basis that applies to you will be set out clearly in writing before any work begins. A full summary of fees and any commission arrangements is available on request.
Your first consultation
The first consultation is free and carries no obligation. Its purpose is to understand your situation and answer your questions. If we are not the right fit for you, we will say so.
Conflicts of interest
We have arrangements in place to identify and manage any conflicts of interest so that they do not unfairly affect you. Further detail is available on request.
Complaints
If you are ever unhappy with our service, we want to hear about it and put it right. Our full complaints process is set out on our complaints page, including your right to refer a complaint to the Financial Services and Pensions Ombudsman.
Compensation
We are covered by the relevant statutory compensation arrangements that apply to regulated firms in Ireland. Details are available on request.

It is not financial, investment, tax or legal advice, and it is not a personal recommendation. Using this website does not create an advisory or client relationship between us. Regulated financial advice is only provided in a personal consultation, under our Terms of Business, once we understand your circumstances.
3. Calculators and tools
The calculators produce illustrative estimates from the figures you enter, combined with general assumptions. The results are not a forecast, are not a guarantee of future performance, and may differ significantly from what actually happens. The value of investments may fall as well as rise. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranty, express or implied, that the calculators, their outputs or any other content on this site are accurate, complete, up to date or fit for any particular purpose. Please do not make financial decisions based on this website alone.
4. Accuracy and availability
We take reasonable care in preparing the content on this site, but we do not promise that it will always be accurate, complete or available, or that the site will be free from errors, interruptions or harmful components. We may change, suspend or remove any part of the site at any time without notice.
5. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Irish law, including your statutory rights as a consumer.
Subject to that, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, this website, its content, its calculators or its tools, including any indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of savings, loss of opportunity or loss of data, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty or otherwise.
Where liability in connection with this website cannot be excluded but can lawfully be limited, our total aggregate liability to you is capped at €[amount to be confirmed].

6. Third-party services and links
Parts of this site rely on third-party services — for example, bookings are handled by Calendly under its own terms and privacy policy — and we may link to external websites. We do not control third-party services or sites, we are not responsible for them, and a link is not an endorsement. Email delivery also depends on providers outside our control, so we cannot accept responsibility for messages that are delayed, filtered or blocked in transit.
7. Intellectual property
The content, design and branding of this website — including the Pensionbuddy name, the "Buddy" character and all text, graphics and code — belong to Damian Condon T/A Gresham Wealth Management or our licensors. You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. Any other reproduction or use requires our prior written permission.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page shows the current version, and your continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
9. Governing law
These terms, and any dispute arising from your use of this website, are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the Irish courts have exclusive jurisdiction — although nothing in this clause takes away protections you are entitled to as a consumer under mandatory law.
