This notice explains what personal information Pensionbuddy collects, why we collect it, and what your rights are. We keep it in plain English, the same as everything else here.
Who we are
Pensionbuddy is a trading name of Damian Condon T/A Gresham Wealth Management ("we", "us"), which is regulated by the Central Bank of Ireland. Our registered office is Bushfield House, Philipsburgh Avenue, Fairview, Dublin 3. We are the data controller for the information you give us through this website.
What we collect
- Contact details you give us when you book a call or request a guide, such as your name and email address.
- Anything you choose to tell us about your situation when you get in touch.
- Basic, non-identifying information about how the site is used, where you have agreed to cookies or analytics.
The pension calculators on this site run entirely in your browser. The figures you enter into them are not sent to us or stored, unless you separately choose to email yourself the results.
How we use it
- To arrange and prepare for your free consultation.
- To answer your enquiry and, if you become a client, to provide our services.
- To send you a guide or follow-up information you have asked for. You can unsubscribe at any time.
We will only use your information for the purpose you gave it to us. We do not sell your data to anyone.
Booking and third parties
We use Calendly to manage call bookings. When you book a time, Calendly collects your name, email and chosen slot on our behalf and handles that information under its own privacy terms. We may also use an email tool to send guides and follow-ups. These providers only process your information so that we can provide the service you asked for.
How long we keep it
We keep your information only for as long as we need it for the purpose you gave it, or for as long as we are required to by law and our regulatory obligations, and then we delete it securely.
Your rights
Under data-protection law you have the right to ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, to have it corrected if it is wrong, to ask us to delete it, and to object to or restrict how we use it. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details in the Contact section below. You also have the right to complain to the Data Protection Commission at dataprotection.ie.

This site aims to use only what is necessary to work. If we add analytics or other non-essential cookies, we will ask for your consent first and update this notice.
