How to make a complaint
You can make a complaint by getting in touch with us using the contact details below. Tell us what happened, when, and how you would like it put right. If you would prefer to put it in writing, you can write to us at our registered office: Bushfield House, Philipsburgh Avenue, Fairview, Dublin 3.
What happens next
- We will acknowledge your complaint promptly, normally within five business days.
- We will look into it properly and keep you updated on our progress while we do.
- We will write to you with the outcome and our reasons once our investigation is complete.
We take every complaint seriously and aim to resolve it as quickly and fairly as we can.
If you are still not satisfied
If we cannot resolve your complaint to your satisfaction, you have the right to refer it to the Financial Services and Pensions Ombudsman, who provides an independent, free service for resolving disputes with financial services providers.
